Western Balkans University (WBU)

Western Balkans University (WBU) operates as a private institution situated in Tirana, Albania, established in 2016 through a unique collaboration between "American Hospitals Group" and "International Hospital Hygeia". Accredited by the Albanian Ministry of Education and Sport, WBU holds membership in the European University Association.

Though relatively young, WBU has quickly made its mark on the Albanian higher education landscape, emerging as a trailblazer in delivering high-quality education in medicine, medical sciences, and technology.
