If you see a solid red light it indicates that the velop node is not connecting to the internet. It could either mean that the node is not in range or the primary node is having problems communicating with the modem. If you are getting the error, you can use the following steps to fix it-
Check all the cables in your network and make sure that they are firmly connected.
Rebooting the modem is another way to troubleshoot the problem.
One last resort is to reset the velop to default settings.
These troubleshooting steps will help you resolve the velop node not connecting issue. Once the issue is resolved, you will not see a solid red light on your velop node.
